It really highlights a problem with the search mechanism here.

I'm trying to remember the game that appeared a few weeks ago: it was a spaceship delivery/defense game, where you built defensive modules onto your ship to protect yourself from pirates...

I swear to God, I can't remember the name of the game, and I can't find any logical or reasonable way to use the clunky search filters to find it. Short of combing through the entire catalog one game at a time...

That was it. Thank you. Just shaking my head at how difficult that had to be. We really need better search tools that allow us to filter by GOG arrival date, and more specifics in release date and price...

Aside MaGOG, you can choose to filter by Date Added.

MaGoG is great! I wish it could be officially incorporated into GOG!

Indeed, and one of the new features which I appreciate is, on the front page, you can click on the New & Coming tab and also select "Show more" at the bottom (although Space Run is recent enough that you don't have to go that far down the list). Before it would only show the ten most recent games, in practice fewer because 'Coming Soon' games perpetually occupy a spot.

I find MaGog goes a bit too far in the other direction- too many options. I just tried finding the game there, and found it sorting by addition date, but it's still a lot of info to swim through. Thanks!

You don't state a reason that you were trying to find it. I can say, though, it's fun!
