oldschool: I've been around a long time, long before some bean-counter ever conceived the whole idea of "DLC".
Atari Gameline, introduced in 1983, concept conceived even earlier.
So DLCs have existed for more than 30 years.

But feel free to stand by any definition you want, just be aware that others will find it erroneous, and correct it. Just like people do with mine occasionally.
