When I click on the holiday sale it has these two things listed below "My shopping cart"
They say: Atari catalogue sale ends in 6 days
and below that: Activision catalogue sale starts in 3 days

So where's the Atari catalog sale?
Unless of course the Atari games are no longer on sale in 6 days, which would mean the holiday sale lasting 21 days is false.

I can't help but feel like I'm missing something. Where's the special page where I can buy all Atari games and get an even better deal at 50% (or more) off the whole bunch? =D

I think your assessment is right. The Atari sale is simply what's already there. That would also explain the otherwise inexplicable - Interplay's non-involvement.
