TheJoe: What does that involve? Leaving flowers at the foot of the statue of the Glorious Supreme El Presidente and playing The Guild for at least 6 hours?
Last time it involved a duck somehow. Of course, due to the ever-fluctuating nature of the entire endeavor that could have changed by now. IIRC, playing The Guild for X amount of hours has always been a staple of the Oath of Citizenship :D
