For anyone wondering about this game, I just played through the tutorial.
Most notable feature is how smooth, fast and polished it runs.
Also I was quite impressed for the many different animations your peasants had and the different outfits they wore depending on the task you assigned them to - ie; axe in hand and brown loggers' hat for peasants chopping wood.
Also, other details like watching the delivery cart go from your town to your headquarters.
I was also laughing because one of the three factions are Pagans and you can research and build May Poles and Wicker men.
I will say the only downside is that the models are low textured ones. Not quite as bad as you would see on the PSOne but similar to what you would see on the DS.
