Pokemon Snap, but with tears and war drama. Why not.
It reminds me of the global conflict games, but in first person perceptive. I will be following this and see what happens.
Nice concept. Lets wait and see what happens.
I like the sound of it. Most original concept I've heard in a good long time, and the phrase 'Developed by Defiant Development, a studio made up entirely of former Pandemic employees' makes me far more interested in it and far more hopeful of the final product.
Interesting. So it's a spiritual prequel to Dead Rising?

He has covered wars, you know.

michaelleung: Yes but is there multiplayer and are there hats?
And rechargeable health?

Oh wait, there is rechargeable health.
It can be fun but only if you are constantly running for your life.
Sounds good, I'd play this..... then again I play odd games ;/

This I want. :D
This sounds really cool.
That looks pretty cool, actually. Sort of like someone crossed Good vs Evil with Modern Warfare. Well, maybe not MW as it doesn't look like it's on rails. But you get the idea.

Reminds me of all the times spent trying to put together cool replays of the action, back when games had such things.

rampancy: Yeah, I'd at first glance label it as a first-person survival game, sort of like Amnesia, only that the horrors you'd be witnessing would be horrors of another kind (if the marketing hype can be believed) and the dangers to your life would be AK-47 toting soldiers instead of Lovecraftian monstrosities.
Yep, this is exactly what I thought when I saw the game too :o

This game really seems right up my alley. I just hope the graphics are amazing (especially animations), otherwise it's going to undermine the idea of realistic news footage.
As long as its better than Michigan: Report from Hell Then I'll be up for buying it

For those who never had the pleasure

Technically there will a lot of shooting in this game, just not that kind of shooting.
