Is there or are there plans for a "Want List" ? Say, you want a game, but cannot "Favorite" it, because it's not currently available. Kinda like GreenLight on Steam.

Sure, look at the bottom of every page, there's a button that says "request games & site features".

It's called "Wishlist", and you can ask for specific games and site features there.
