For those of you who were trying to figure it out:

The numbers, when decrypted from Hex become the list which Kazavoz posted, which as some of you figured out are ISBN-13 numbers for books.

Each books corresponded to a single character in the code.
If the book started with a word, it represented the heading it would fall under were it alphabetized (thus ignoring 'A' and 'The'), if it started with a number, be it the numeric or written form, it was that number.
