Goin to see family :)

Hiding from my extended family and using my sudden illness as an excuse not to go out. Then getting comfy in Animal Crossing or writing up notes for my tabletop campaign on Sunday.

Hah! I wish I could do that. Good luck with your plans, though- hopefully yours isn't composed of resourceful buggers who could find you in a hole in the bottom of the sea. Seriously, holidays, man *shaking my head*

The places I normally go to hang out will probably all be closed, so I guess I'll just hang out in my house instead?

We're going to throw a good old barbecue.

I just met a USA guy pretty depressed as he had to spend the day on an airport.

Hmm, barbecue is a good idea, no matter the reasons :D If only the weather is good today, me gonna eat sum RIBZ!

I don't actually have anything planned for today, and I have no idea if my family units do either.

But I won't let the day end without this mighty anthem going to waste to show my allegiance to the great nation that is the Socially Free United States of America.

That was an interesting plane ride for me last year. You can't imagine how wonderful the fireworks look like up in the air. My plane was low enough to catch the fireworks show of several cities that night (turboprop if I remember correctly). The year before that I was driving home through the mountains and got to catch a lot of fireworks displays that way as well.


I'll be at home relaxing and chilling in the air conditioning. Grilling some Pork ribs outside on the BBQ. I can't wait for dinner. Not really going to watch any of the fireworks displays this year.

Getting together with family, doing a little BBQ'ing, and maybe when it gets dark out, shooting off some fireworks.

I doubt there will be much fireworks going on near Munich, though.
