Seriously? I really hope his shady practices backfires, but then again the patent system have always had holes. And I like to think that more and more people today have a better understanding of the internet, then those that initially granted this patent in the first place, back in 94.

But I hope more patents like this get trashed, since Texas has always been seen as a big supporter of software-patents.
Patent troll?
Patents, like most intellectual property are rapidly becoming worse than the very problems they sought to overcome.
