Aaaaand guess what, I have the same problem in two places... The publishers maybe are blocking all of Latin America's IPs for whatever reason, maybe they think we pirate the 1 Dollar required.

They block us, and then they cry piracy is rampant. Thank you, big publishers, go fuck yourselves.
I had no problems purchasing games in any of them. I use a paypal account all the time.

Good, at least I'm not the only one experiencing this problem. I tried purchasing HAWX2 and Driver:SF and both failed, many many tries.

I don't know, maybe they are blocking certain IPs or they don't like me or whatever.

I just can't purchase anything from Origin or Uplay, tried all methods. All of them failed.

Maybe it's their merchant/payment processor the reason of all the problems, Digital River.

Don't you have any other credit card you could try? This is really a weird issue. I can buy in both Origin and Uplay. The only DD sites that i get region-locks are Gamestop (former Impulse) and Gamefly (former D2D). I don't think they are IP-blocking us, since i can buy just fine.

We even have a brazillian Origin with R$ prices and portuguese language. No way they would IP-block.

No, I don't have other.

Still i tried all methods in both stores, many many times. I know origin has a brazilian store, that fails too.

Impulse and Gamefly always were focused on US, Canada and Mexico only, ever since.
