Twilight: Just wait until November...
Mass Effect 2, Guild Wars 2, Elder Scrolls 5 and probably Diablo 3 all in the matter of weeks. I think my social life will die :D
I forgot about Diablo 3! I will probably get that too.

On the subject of TW2, I am so tempted to buy it from GOG, but I really like physical things. Specifically a manual. That is really my issue right now in trying to decide who to preorder from (Amazon or GOG). I wish I could buy it from GOG, to support them, but also get a boxed copy (and only have to pay $50 for it). I would totally pay the extra money for the printing of everything, but I want to buy it through GOG so I can have the stuff backed up (if I need it) and support a great company.

Zchinque: I've also been craving some Unreal Tournament: GOTY lately, but my disks are lost. :(

Damuna: Buy it here! It won't count against your backlog!
I just did.
I probably shouldn't have, but fuck it, I'm sick - I deserve a treat. :/

If you want, you can get the manuals printed and nicely bound at a local print shop/Kinkos-FedEx (whichever is cheaper/better in your area). They generally do a nice job.

That is an interesting option I hadn't thought about it. Thanks for the suggestion. Hm...

Damuna: Nope. I expect that kind of nonsense from a GAME employee, but not from someone on GOG.

...You don't work for GAME, do you?

Talk of the PC dying as a platform is wishful thinking. The only dying it's doing is on the inside, due to crappy publishers and their DRM.

serpantino: No. I'm fed up of poor ports which don't allow for much scalability (pushing up the graphics, control customization) and first person shooters that are unplayable without using my 360 controller, when I have a decent gaming mouse & prefer a gaming mouse.
To be fair, even when a lot of scalability is present now (GTAIV), it largely results in a lot of graphical fluff that isn't immediately distinguishable from the game running at lower settings. That's the result of the graphical plateau we've reached.

I haven't played an FPS in some time, so I can't comment.
Everybody's missing "Fate of the World" on their lists :).

That game is going to be bags of awesome.
Starcraft 2: Heart of the Swarm
Diablo 3
The Witcher 2

I'm done. :p
Deus Ex: Human Revolution.

That's it. I don't care about any other new games, even if I should. I'll start caring AFTER I've played the crap out of DX:HR.

Deus Ex was my favourite game ever, so this is poised to be one of the most important new games for me.

Also, GOG should get One Must Fall 2097 in their store. :)
NO Online Authorization PC gaming is Dead... Tethered and whipped like a puppet PC gaming is alive and kicking... in a skin tight leather suit and ball gag....

Also... Neverwinter? Oh sweet godless mother of Chutulu thank the for they wishes come true!
This looks to be a great year for gaming and the pc. The games i am getting or already got for 2011 are

Dungeos
Drakensang - The river of time (really good game)
Deus Ex 9Loved the trailer and its music made me go and buy the ce version)
Test Drive unlimited 2
Mass effect 3
Dragon Age 2
Two worlds 2
Diablo 3 (although this might be in 2012 or when blizzard think its ready maybe 2020)
Fable 3 (although might might not get hear mixed reviews)
Dungeon Siege 3 (Again not sure about this seems dumbed down compared to previous ones)
Elder Scrolls 5
And of course Witcher 2

Buying all on pc never got any consols prefer using a keyboard and mouse.
