I keep on receiving "The email or password is incorrect." even though I've verified the details are correct by logging out & in to the GOG site several times.

As far as I recall, the 3.0.25.0 version has trouble handling the + character in email addresses, so it is possible that a few special characters are giving it trouble. If your e-mail (and password) do not contain anything weird, but only standard a-zA-Z0-9 characters, then my only idea is that something is overloaded, probably server side.

Alternatively, wait for Fallen_Zen to reply.

Jmich suggestion seems the closest. Are you using a + sign in your address? This issue has been verified, unfortunately until we release the new version (which will be soon) you won't be able to use it. You can change your login address for the time being.

I do indeed have a "+" in my address so that explains it. Thanks for that, I'll go change it.

I'm having the same issue but i font have a "+" key i only have the "@" symbol which every e-mail has and there is only words and numbers in my password I'm a new customer and I bought Fahrenheit i cant download it any way i would really appreciate it if i could get some help
I mean don't instead of font
