Didn't expect such a massive difference. Congrats Spain.
Wow, that was stunning.

Congratulations to Spain. They deserve it.

Spain domination over football.
If there was a museum, showcasing only football goals, all 4 made tonight would be center-staged there.
I didn't get the chance to watch, but I guess Spain woke up after the Portugal game. Good for them. Italy just had two very difficult, high-action games, so it's not really a surprise that Spain could trample them like that.
I don't know how people can say that Spain vs. Portugal was weak. Spanish team showed far the best tactics, technique, passing, dribbling, everything. Over 70% of ball possession is not something that average team can have.

OK, there were hardly any shoots on Portuguese goal, but in the end, not the number of goals is what matters.

But I hope in finale they showed every skeptic that they are favourites for World Champions in 2014.

Torres passing the ball there on the 4-0 goal just sums up the spanish team for me. He would have had at least a 40% chance of scoring there if he had tried himself, and then he would have been top scorer.

Teamwork over individual excellence, even for these guys. Warms the heart :-)

The difference was that we send one ball to the post that didn't enter and they send one that manage to enter on the penalty kicks. And the ball possesion was not that huge of a difference in the 90 minutes of play. Sure in the extra time we played very bada but during the 90 minutes we managed to play toe to toe with Spain.
This sport now needs a lot more competition. Spain winning WC 2014 will be too much.
