I ran across a Trojan.BHO, I have removed it now but I have began changing passwords for all my other websites that I have access to as a preventive step for further damages - should I be taking any other actions?
Yes, relax. They are relatively harmless. Just keep your antivirus up to date and use a powerful malware scanner, such as Emsisoft Anti-Malware.

Lately, I've been running the ESET online scanner tool (from the folks who make NOD32): http://www.eset.com/us/online-scanner/

Of course, that's for finding stuff after the fact but it digs out the garbage that slips through the cracks of MSE and Malwarebytes.
