The idea initially got brought up in a thread in the NWN forums, but thought it might be a good idea to post this here to keep the thread from going further off topic. Long story short, I'm thinking about DMing the Tomb of Horrors some time after the end of July over the net. Ideally looking for players who have no exposure to the module, but I'd still greatly appreciate anyone even remotely interested letting me know. Still on the fence as to how to run it (i.e. Skype, NWN, Roll20 or some comparable and ideally free alternative). The idea of running the module under AD&D has been mentioned, and I am thinking of doing so (if only because it will mean less time spent translating it into 3.5 or what have you), but if the party has a strong preference otherwise, I am open to making an attempt to modify the module.

I can't commit to it, as I'd be completely unreliable to show up, but that sounds like a lot of fun. As an aside, I'm pretty sure I played a NWN ToH module many moons back. If you can find it, that might be an avenue to approach for this.

I hear you. If you happen to find the module for NWN, that'd be nice. Granted, I might need to make a few modifications if it is made off of the official 3.5 conversion to add back in some of the lethality that got cut, but that shouldn't be too hard.
There's a couple of NWN2 modules based on the Tomb. One of them is on Nexus Mods, the other may have been lost when IGN killed NWVault.

I'd love to play through the proper version some day, but whenever I try and arrange something online I get screwed by timezones. Stupid spherical planet.

Damn, I thought I might actually have it backed up in my NWN stuff, but I must have either nuked it or it was lost in the death of my old HDD oh so long ago. I'll definitely give you a heads up if I find it, but alas, searching seems to indicate it's not on neverwintervault.org or .net.

Ouch, sorry to hear that. Thanks for trying, though.
