Vitek: He remembers he forgot to turn off the TV downstairs and he is too lazy to go down again so he kills himself instead.
That is certainly plausible.
a man: "aah.... nice ride home now from work... dum de dumm..."

A man gets home.

a man: "so, what's on the TV?"

A man turns tv on. There's some random sit-com show.

a man: "Umm.... should I grab a beer? Uhh.. no, I think I'll just eat cyanide instead."

He rises from the sofa, climbs up the stairs, it's dark.

a man: "I should be careful to turn on the lights lest I trip on something and get accidentally hurt, which would be unfortunate".

A man turns the lights on, finds cyanide, eats it. It's not tasty. He dies.

Hey isn't this what happens at the end of the final song on "Metropolis Part 2: Scenes From A Memory"? (A concept album by the band Dream Theater. The story is a mystery/crime story seen through the eyes of the reincarnated victim.)
A man comes home, turns on the tv, turns it off, goes upstairs, turns on the light and something disturbing happens. The voice of the therapist says "Open your eyes Nicholas", the protagonists reacts badly on this and the background music turn to noise.

Thinking of it it wouldn't make much sense for the protagonist to take his own life. Maybe the therapist killed him instead. I think that the protagonist was the reincarnation of the murdered girl and that the therapist was the reincarnation of her jealous lover who killed her. Hmm, it would not make much sense for the therapist to kill him either, there is no law against having killed someone in a former life......I think I have lost the track here.

Psyringe: But I feel a bit worried for akwater. It's 3 days now since he left for a 10-minute walk. There is a chance that he took a detour through Skyrim though (and got a bit lost there).
LOL....

Actually yeah...... I got Skryim for ps3 Saturday (after downloading it for pc Friday night and then the mishap with a missing mouse) and went meh why not give it a go for PS3....

I ended up logging like 15+ hours this weekend on the ps3 and hardly even turned my pc on :P which.. of course now that I'm at work I'm on gog... of course lol.......

Do I understand correctly that you've bought Skyrim two times (for PC and PS3) because you've lost your mouse? o.0

That album presented me to Dream Theater.

Your description is correct, but I think it refers to a dream where Nicholas was in no therapist at all, and he wakes to a TV displaying static on a lonely night. Anyway there's home, there's a TV, there's stairs, and there's death (potentially).

Great album.

Well..... not quite, Amazon did not get my copy for ps3 here on launch day............... so I bought a copy off steam..... then after spending 8+ hours of downloading it for pc (Alaska's internet sucks.... better then Iraq but still sucks) I couldn't find my damn mouse. Went to grab coffee and smokes.........

When I came home the mail was there, and I I decided to just put Skryim in for a few minutes (after all installing, and updating would take a few....) Then I told myself I was going to just do the opening sequence........ and before I knew it I had a lvl 18 Khajjt who is now out of lockpicks (gotta go find that damn thieves guild)...........
He turns on the TV, goes upstairs, turns on the light, then he finds out that Jack Bauer isn't real through telepathic communication with an alien creature from Mars, and out of depression kills himself.
he forgot that it was sunday,so when he turned on the TV there was a news that reminded him that was sunday so he killed himself

This is akwater we're talking about. I wouldn't bat an eye. In fact, I'd wonder why only two copies.

Also, I'm a Nord who likes to bash bash SHIELD BASH!! Sometimes I even use the mace to bash. Shouting at bears because I hate them is so much fun. Stupid bears, keeping all the leather for themselves, telling me not to put the forest on fire... I met a woman who also hates the bears, and that I should kill them. I like her, just might not bash her at all.
