Should be good. AMC has established themselves as putting on quality shows with Mad Men and Breaking Bad, and this one looks promising.

At any rate, it's on TV, if it makes it long enough to merit streaming on Netflix I will watch it. I can't be bothered to pay for broadcast TV.

That part of the trailer looks almost identical to the bit in 28 days later.
