Why not buy a new one? The prices are a bit iffy right now due to the recent floods in Thailand, but in Americaland you should have been able to get about half a terabye for about 30-40 dollars beforehand. And smaller HDDs went for a lot less than that.

That being said, I also played three when it came out and didn't really like that either.

I sometimes like to crank up some of the oldies I grew up with, even though I've played them through a number of times. Doom, U.S. Navy Fighters GOLD, Falcon 3.0, Unreal, Command & Conquer and Duke Nukem 1 (see my avatar for a piece of awesomeness) are good examples.

The Football Manager series. I don't like football at all yet I gave one of the games a try one day. After a few days I got rid of it and then 2 days later I want to play it again and again >.< And I still don't like football.

But as soon as I have a little bit of extra money (which you can help by buying my game...hint hint :3), I'll invest in building a proper gaming rig.
The more I'm playing it, the more it's growing on me in a weird way. Don't know why, because it's easily as frustrating as Far Cry in some areas (the jungle levels...ugh).
