I've never had range issues with mine, I do however have traffic issues.

If I transfer files over my wifi network it interferes with my logitech mouse signal quite severely.

Hm. This is a concern, because I plug both my network adapter and current mouse's nano receiver directly into the motherboard, side by side. Does this happen regularly to anyone else here? Maybe I'll just get a corded mouse.
I use a Logitech M215 and, for what it is (a budget, portable and easy-to-use consumer-grade mouse) it's been absolutely terrific in terms of signal strength, tracking and battery life. I also used a wired G500 for a long time which was an outstanding mouse for the money. All in all, I recommend the Logitech mice.

Its not an uncommon issue, the nano receiver isn't a bluetooth device. Its 'radio' signal can interrupt wifi traffic. I didn't have any luck changing my router's channel, and switching to the 5ghz range from 2.4b/g didn't dodge the problem either.

Its been a while since I updated my driver though. I get the issue in both Windows 7 and Mac OS X.

If I was to buy a replacement wireless mouse, I'd go with a bluetooth one. If I was going to use the mouse primarily to play games requiring accuracy, I'd pick up a basic corded mouse.

Other than this issue its been a great mouse. Excellent battery life, the frictionless wheel lasted about a year before getting 'gummy' and its survived a couple of trips at high velocity into the nearest wall.
Cool thanks. I'll look into getting a corded mouse then.
For years I already used Logitech cheap $5 mouse and I can say that this mouse is very reliable. I used the first one for 5 years and it serve me well, even when I handle it quite rough (dropping it often, taking it for monthly business travels). After a faithful service the laser finally start getting weird. I got the second one and I use it until now.

I say that $5 = 5 years of use really worth my money.

I'm quite fascinated that by my experience this logic really stands. Cheap mouse = great, expensive mouse = better, middle ground = shit.
