Well that's nice.
It doesn't do anything for me, it won't encourage me to play the game again or anything like that, but it's always nice to see classics getting some love.
Awesome, I've yet to play through Thief II, so this will be great.
I've never played it either, despite having it on GOG for a long time. The Thief bundle was my first purchase. The reviews were so bad back in the day, that I never wanted to play it.

I've thought about firing it up to see how good/bad it actually is.

Edit:

I just browsed the site, they also have an HD texture pack for Thief Gold

Same here, I'm looking forward to using it.

I've been using that for Thief Gold and it's great. I highly recommend it for people who care about high resolution textures.

That's some positive and encouraging feedback, since I have to play it as-well in the near future. Thx!
That's look great ! If the Thief Gold HD mod works on a GOG version, I will probably try it in the future too :)
Sounds good. I'll probably get both of them sooner or later and add them to my GoG installer folders for later if i end up replaying them. Might be worth playing if the guards don't look like they were weak PS1 polygon men...
Released . First post updated .
I think Thief would probably benefit more from higher-poly models than new textures, but it's always nice to see fans give the classics a facelift.

In an ideal world, graphics cards would have some magical built-in technology that makes every game look as good as a brand new release.
