I saw a post about this on Steam forums and thought some of you might find it interesting. Apparently there's this software that can help you run the game on Win7 so long as you have the original game :P Link's here:

I myself am waiting for GoG to release it (go GoG go!), but I figured some of you prolly still have some old cds of it lying around :P

I just run in in DOSBox, but thanks for bringing this to my attention.
