http://www.thewitcher.com/newsletter_12_2010.html says that you get a free bioware game along with the purchase, but the pre-order page on GoG doesn't reflect that.

So, which page should I believe? :)

Was never aware it was a "Bioware game". Think just an RPG.

And you get the RPG when you pay for the game at release.
Huh? I don't see anywhere on that page that said 'free bioware game'?
Sorry, pasted the wrong link, it is fixed now.

Ah. Then they are saying the same thing.

Basically, when you pay, you get to choose from five RPGs as a bonus.

But yeah, doesn't look like they are the Black Isle games. So go with GoG.

Everybody gets to choose from the five listed games. But those paying over the odds get a voucher of equivalent value to spend at GOG (conveniently $6 or $10).

With that voucher you'll be able to buy any game within that price range. Including Bioware games. But you'll only get that if you're paying over the odds in the first place.
