I am having a great time replaying this game and would like to know if anyone knows where I might find the Codex Scientia. Preferable in .pdf form.

This is the only thing that came up in the search engine, but I don't know if that's really the file or a spam site.

Link contains some pharmaceutical document, all the other links are adverts :-\

Unfortunately OP, deep Google search yields nothing on my end. Although, if this review holds any water, it seems you aren't missing too much.

There's a Filestube link in the Google results that links you to a letitbit site. That's the real thing and contains the book in JPEG form. Less than ideal, but it's a solution.
Bumping in case any other input - Also anyone know of an application that can output the map documents as one complete file. I have seen some dungeon maps and while in Arena you must scroll these it appears they were done as one file.

This is probably the closest anyone's going to get in looking for what you want.
I just found the Codex on Old-Games.ru. The download is working.

Damn! Was the monkey that scanned that drunk or retarded, or both!? Gah, not even I can straighten those messy, crooked pages out very easily!

Bah! Someone should totally put better scans onto the Inet, or better yet a good .PDF!

Meanwhile, perhaps someone more skilled than myself can somehow take care of straightening out those scans, could perhaps also make a proper .PDF...?

Hehe no, no, apparently not. There is no one more skilled than me, and since not even I can fix it up properly, it just doesn't get done, for anyone. Ah well, what a surprise! It wouldn't be the first time!

Socialistic systems work great! Oh, the productiveness! hehehehe
