Wishbone: Sorry, didn't actually read that thread before. I love how Yoshiro starts by saying "There is no censored build", and then follows that up a few posts later with "We are checking now to see if somehow the cut build was given to some" :-D
No problem, it was ambiguous, and people can't be vigilant enough in checking that they're getting the entire game, not a cut version.

that's pretty cocky
i wonder how long they'll be able to keep that up. doesn't seem like a viable business move in the current market

Yeah, it's a pretty terrible move. They don't get any of the new Call of Duty games, and more and more indie developers are using Steamworks for achievements and multiplayer structuring.
