I might have to use the Shawn Spencer highlight recall if no one gets its by the weekend. Shame too as a few folks were close.

you were onto something twice, once for each Part of finding the code.

FINALLY!

so yeah, basically you take the first letters of each sentence, and a number when you come across a number. then you get a code but not a valid one yet.

hint 4 is Pad. which leads to deciphering the code with one time pad.
with the pad being: Burton "Gus" Guster (which is his name)

one might have a tough time on it if you dont know what one time pad is though.
