When looking under gifts in my profile I see that I have a spare copy of Torchlight that's not been redeemed yet. I already have the game in my library so I tried to give it to someone. But when the person tried to redeem the code I sent them they apparently got the message "temporarily locked". Can anyone perhaps let me know what this means and if the game can still be activated?

So when I check my gifts tab it shows the code and says that it's been sent to giveawayGiftOrder@gog.com and under this message it gives a list of the games not redeemed yet. Torchlight is listed there. I'll give more details if necessary. And I also want to add that I checked the code on the redeem page first before giving it away. Thank you in advance for any help.

this is why its temporarily locked - theres a cooldown period of several minutes if someone has checked the code but not redeemed.

Edit: whoever you've sent it to should be able to redeem it shortly.

Thank you very much for the quick reply! It's really appreciated and sorry if it's been asked before. I tried to search on the forum, but I didn't find anything. It could be that I did something wrong though. I'll make sure to tell my friend to try to redeem the game again after a while.
