The TMNT arcade game was so good.

Next episode they talk about the Manhattan Project. I still that on my pc. I really loved playing that with my next door neighbour as a kid. I loved how the turtles got stronger as you used them more.

What's your favourite TMNT game?
I don't think I've ever played a turtles game, but I used to watch the movies a lot when I was a kid. I even dressed as a turtle for Halloween...in college. And when I was a kid. Actually won a prize both times. Probably had more to due to with the fact that I'd made the costumes rather than bought them than any skill on my part-especially since I'm pretty sure they thought I was a butterfly.

So since I don't have a favorite game, I'll tell you my favorite movie instead: Teenage Mutant Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze.

I imagine poor David Warner would be horrified if he found out that is the role I remember him from most.
Goddam, did my best friend and myself play the hell out of Turtles In Time on the SNES when we were kids. What a great game.

I remember renting the NES TMNT game, that one was a lot of fun. For some reason that reminds me of that old Simpson's arcade game.

You're halloween costumes sound hilarious.

I've never seen TMNT2, but I love the first movie. If I am off work and sick, I sometimes watch it in bed to relive my childhood days :)
The Nes TMNT game was awesome (but hardcore without saves) and was included in the Nes package in some countries. Still one of the best TMNT game ever made !

Interesting I have similar crazy memories about the Turtles. Except a I did not dress up, but collected every comics and books that had TMNT on it.
In my opinion the second movie was also fine, but for nostalgic reasons I prefer the first one.
And sadly neither I played any of the TMNT games...
I am a bit pessimistic about the new movie as many successful elements cannot be used again in it (for example merchandising the pizza or the kung-fu), but seeing a turtle being clumsy with a smartphone can be funny. :)
A bit complicated to look up which one it was, but on the PC I remember a top-down overhead view, and then platformer view when in places (like the sewers), where you could press pause and switch between the turtles (or was it only switching when you died?).
