This is pretty much in line with the digital price elsewhere AFAIK and it's Telltale that sets that. The DVD is published by someone else and then on top of that it's the retailer that sets the final price. Basically, blame Telltale.

Why arent people going insane with bad reviews because of the price like RCT3?

Because more people want to buy RCT3?
I mean TOMI has been in a bunch on Steam and Telltale sales/promotions already so perhaps most people that want it already have it.
Just a theory of course.
