Great! Thanks for the tip, Navagon.

Cambrey: I didn't read anything about DRM (I have started the game without doing any activations). Plus The path, Endless forest and The graveyard never had DRMs, so I'm assuming that Fatale is no exception.
Thanks, life is good . . . = )

Navagon: For today only you can grab Tale of Tales' Fatale for the ever so agreeable price of bugger all.
Thanks for the heads up!

Narushima: She asks for the head of John the Baptist.
There was a silent movie that went along the same lines, it was on a minuscule (not "miniscule", God dammit) island, where the girl asked, in exchange of her dancing, for the head of the bard, whom was the only one on the island.
If anyone knows the title of this film, I'd like to know, because I saw it once and didn't catch the title.

eyeball226: Well, the girl was called Salome. Perhaps the film was too?
Samson and Delilah...

jeez...and I'm an atheist/agnostic Wiccan...

Stuff: Thanks, DL'ing now, anyone know about any DRM?
I doubt there is, but I suspect that if you lose your copy tomorrow that you'll have to pay for it. Which is fair, if they're going to be so generous, seems like a fair compromise.

Fair it is, I buy just about every DRM free game I can find so . . . we both win . .. =)

._.

Delilah asked to have Samson's hair cut off.
Salome asked for the head of John the Baptist.

Salome is at least closer to what Narushima was talking about. I may have been wrong, but it was only a guess and I wasn't a condescending dick about it.

I've got no complaints about that either. Now if they required me to pay for the download and didn't provide a way of downloading later, that would anger me.
Thanks for the heads-up. I'll try this out when it finishes downloading.

That picture for "The Endless Forest" on their front page reminds me a lot of Princess Mononoke.
I already have this game when they had the bundle for 3 of their games, but what is Fatale exactly?

Apparently it is a very small and short diorama depicting a classical literature story. It has slightly more depth than Windosill.

I think sites selling this should warn that it is in no way, shape or form a full length game. You're restricted to a cistern and a courtyard and there is very little to do.
