Hi everyone!
Can you please advise, whether the Ukrainian Hryvnas are supported as a currency? If not, will the be converted to USD once I complete a purchase?
This question / problem has been solved by Voraximage
It will be converted to USD for the transaction.
Yeh, this in a way annoys me slightly. My bank charges me an extra equivilant of £1.50 (roughly $3) per transaction aka buy games on here. Just because GoG deals in $ and my GBP gets converted so become's "international transaction".

Change your bank (and tell them that's why). Not every one does, and Paypal payments are just straight conversion.

They certainly are not. Paypal does charge 2.5% for transactions involving a currency conversion. Most major banks do the exact same thing for straight credit card purchases. Some banks are just extra annoying and charge additional fees.

As long as they keep this 2,5% - that's a fair fee. They get also some profit on exchange rate. But minimum charge (like 2,5% not less than $3) - that's just theft.

See if banks in Ukraine sell pre paid debit cards. Very convenient payment method - just buy it 'from shelf' and that's it. No name on it, don't have to have an account in this bank etc. I use it such card and it never failed me.. Of course – before check if the fee you mentioned doesn’t apply to pre paid cards sold in Ukraine as well :-)

Thanks, will check out this option! There are also some online stores that sell prepaid card requisites for Webmoney (funnily enough, that's the most efficient option for me)

I think you misunderstand how it works. The exchange rate you see which is lower than the current market value is the transaction rate after the 2.5% has been applied. They don't charge twice.
