I sent the support team a question last week (Thursday?) and on the page where you submit your question/problem, it says "Your message will appear in your "My Account" page in about 5 minutes"...........where exactly is it supposed to show up? I've been through everything in "my account" and can't find that message, or for that matter, any of the two or three previous support requests I sent them. Any ideas?
This question / problem has been solved by xyemimage
It was taken down while they fix some bugs in it (or so I've read).

It is usually shown in 'My account'. In the mean time, they will probably reply via e-mail for things that can't wait, like they are doing for cd key requests.

Thanks for the reply......I must have missed that somehow. Any idea when it went down, and how long it will be down?
It went down during/shortly after the "come out of beta".

I've only hear about it 2nd+ hand, so I don't know any more details than that. Sorry
They had a problem with the "flags" that appear at the top of the site, you know, like the red one that notifies you of new forum replies. Well, they also had an orange flag that notified you when a support request was replied to (and a green one that tells you when you have items in your cart). Unfortunately, reading that support reply did not make the flag go away like it does with the forum replies. It seems that in the process of trying to fix that minor bug, they either came across a bigger one that necessitated the removal of the "My messages" section, or they decided the removal was the simplest way to make the flag go away, I'm not sure which. It will eventually be back, but in the meantime, any support replies will only be sent to your e-mail (assuming GOG actually responds).

the_voivod: I've been waiting for a Painkiller key for the past week or so. Not really urgent, of course, but yeah, I knew it wasn't going to be nice 'n' quick...
Since when does Painkiller require a key?

the_voivod: Multiplayer.
I assumed that's what you meant, but I never requested a key, have never entered one into the game and I am definitely able to access multiplayer with no problems (not that many people are actually playing). I just downloaded and installed the game today.
