I asked the support of August 13 and received a reply on 14 August.
I wrote a response to this letter and still got no answer, now on 26 August.
How long is responsible to support it?

I also sent the other to my question on August 19 and received no response.

I love Gog, I want to put here a collection of games. And I really hope for good support.

Sounds like they thought your ticket/issue was resolved and closed it. Send them a response to re-open it.

It's rare for them to ignore an issue for this long. 2-3 days (over a weekend) would be the longest.

So, I never got a response from support.
So I created a new query, and only got an automatic notification.

Support will respond to month?
It's been more than two weeks.
And a couple of days after the new issue.

Support is not working now, or?
Somebody will say whether there technical support?
I do not see any reason to use the service where there is no technical support?
I still have not received any response from them.

You did receive a suport response 1 day after your query, so i guess there really is no suport huh?
On the other hand August is a typical month to go on holidays so maybe whoever was in charge of the email you sent is on vacations?

You could also search and reply to a blue post somewhere on the foruns so they can adress the situation come monday (look at topics that have an ! inside a circle left of the replies number and click it).
the support here is usually really good but sometimes things get lost in the cracks. often enough a response is given in a day or so to problems but it can take longer during periods of high activity, but it should have been answered by now. as others have said send another message to support and optionally find someone who has blue writing in the forums and send a pm to them. you can find these people by clicking the exclamation mark next to post. Judas is probably the most active "blue"

Hello everyone,
I do not send my questions correctly using the tabs general.
Gog long considering such questions because they are not as important as the others.
And so, I created two new ticket in the right type and get a response within two days :)

Now I like Gog :)
Top games, great site, fast support.
And yes, cool community, here really quickly to help with solving problems :)
