Falxix: Excellent. The account is back and everything is in order. Thank you all for the help.
Great then! Have fun. :)
Now I can go to bed happy!
Huzzah!
Hey,

I have a similar problem! Except I haven't changed my email, I just don't get the password reset email. The system says that it has been sent, but I don't receive anything. I have contacted support as well, but have not received a reply.
Did you have any luck in solving this?

Make sure you ISP/e-mail provider isn't doing any junk filtering on their own. I've been bitten by that one a few times now.
I can't start a new thread since I can't login. Hopefully an admin can see this message. My username is: kingody. I would really appreciate if someone could help me out. I've tried asking for help through the support system, and I've tried the password reset numerous times, but I don't receive an email. I've checked my junk mail, and my brother who's on the same mailserver can receive emails for his GOG account, so I feel there's something wrong with my account rather than the email-address.

I thought the same thing. But I've checked and it doesn't seem to be the case. Furthermore, my brother is on the same mailserver and it works for his account. I've run out of ideas :(

Then I would suggest you wait for the GOG guys to get to your support request. It might take a couple of days, but they are usually pretty good about getting things done within 48 hours.
Actually, I just checked with him and he uses a different email for GOG so it might still be some filter on the mailserver, although I've already tried disabling spam filters and it didn't help. Also, I used to receive all GOG emails on this account without problem earlier.

Yeah, I guess I'll just have to wait. Hopefully they'll sort it out.

Thanks for your help!
