That usually starts midnight (beginning of Thursday) US Western time, right?

7am New Zealand time Friday is when I found last week's deal, so just wondering.

I'm pretty sure it starts during the day on Thursday, not at midnight. Valve operate on PST, so they aren't even in the office until like 10 hours from now.

There is no real set time. It'll start when Valve start it. That maybe at some point today, tomorrow, next week or whenever. It's not really set in stone.

Most of the time, they start the sales at 10am PST on the day it starts (usually Thursday for Weekend Deals and Tuesday for Midweek Madness sales). So, give it another 10-11 hours and the sale should pop-up... should.

I'd hate to be five dollars short for a copy of Fallout 3 GotY Edition on sale for five dollars.

Well, the Midweek Madness ends at 4pm PST, and I'm never sure if they'll wait until it's done or put up the new sale at 10.

I've calculated the 10am thing and that's my 7am Friday morning which was the same time I found the Penny Arcade deal last week.

2 minutes and counting......unless they swap it when they ditch that MMO deal at 4pm.
