Well you see. Sometimes you have a friend or a relative, and you can see they need games to continue living, and you want to help. But you know them well enough to know that if you just give them cash then you can't guarantee they will spend it on the games they need, because they have a food addiction and will just blow it all at Walmart instead.

By giving them a gift card, you can be sure that your money will be spent on the healthy, nutritious games you intended it for, and not leafy greens or any other such nonsense.

That's not important, it's the traceability I'm concerned with. Primarily in regard to my idea to allow inter region trading through an underground network of affiliates. If you can buy anon, then sales are anon, then it's go!
