Erm...why don't you just pay in Steam by PayPal?

I mean PayPal takes their cut every time, and if you buy from someone here, you're going to have to pay the cut. Valve does otherwise.

That's of course assuming that the Steam card works here in Europe.

You can also get those "Paysafecards" also in Britain, afaik. And Steam accepts them (a nice way if you want untraceable purchases).

Thanks, but I just need Steam Cards. I am fully aware of all payment methods available on Steam and Steam Cards is the best and cheapest option.
PayPal doesn't take anything if you send the money as a gift. There is sometimes a small fee, but even with that it it the best way for me to get the games. I don't want to get into too much details here, will say more to a helping person so they can benefit from this too.

is it even confirmed Steam prepaid cards can be used on an account that doesn't use dollars? Or are you VPN-ing a US account and trying to get around the payment issues? (just guessing here, not implying)

Yes, they work worldwide, I used some already when they first came out. Don't know about the exchange rate, will let you know if I get any card.
