In fact, we're seeing a severe shortage of Star Trek games here. But please, for the love of God, only put the good ones up. Some of them I'd rather never see again.

So say we all.

I'd buy those games again in an instant. The adventure components were well-done, and the ship-to-ship combat was excellent. It truly made you feel like you were in an old episode of the original series.

Star Trek = licensing hell. While I would love to see me some Trek games here (Armada anyone?), the fact is, these games are a licensing clusterfuck waiting to happen. Between the changes in distribution rights of the games every 5 years or so and the changes in development rights on a similar but delayed cycle, plus the fact that CBS/Paramount is going to want its cut, GOG is going to have quite a job making this happen. Then again, you could have said similar things about the D&D games and they somehow managed to pull that one off. Personally, I wouldn't hold my breath for Trek games, but I like to keep my expectations in check to avoid disappointment.
