We've prepared a list of 20 exciting titles including some of the best indie games and modern releases available on our site, and we invite you to mix, match and create your very own bundle of 5 games, in our week-long [url=http://www.gog.com/pick_5]Pick 5 promo. You will save 80% on your purchase! The Witcher for $2? Chronicles of Riddick for $3? Deponia for $4? Yes! Only on GOG.com!

For the full list of the 20 amazing games you can pick for your personal bundle and grab with 80% discount, go to the Pick 5 promo page. Tell your friends! (We've even included some handy Facebook, Twitter and Google+ buttons on the promo page for your convenience. Don't hesitate to use them *wink*.)

The offer lasts until Tuesday, March 19, at 9:59AM GMT.
As much as I appreciate promos, I hate bundle sales.
I'd really like to buy Deponia, but I don't have 4 other games to choose from. Of course I could trade or something, but that's just a hassle to me. :(
All the games on GOG are 0MB!?!? What are we going to do?

PS I know it's not actually a problem, but I still think it's kind of funny

011284mm: On purpose, I hope not.
I would like to think that TellTale do think about their customers. Maybe they like the idea of the register once DRM as it lets them know how many people have their game, against how many bought it. Then in their eyes it never bothers the user again.
Yeah, well, in their eyes it might not bother the users ever again, but they shut their ears if you tell them otherwise. Maybe they don't have bad intentions (like tempting their customers to pay twice for the same game), but what they do have is bad customer relations and tech support.

And as a sidenote they won't know how many people "have" their GOG and Indie Royale versions either. Do you think they should trust people who paid 4$ for a bundle with a Telltale game in it more than the customers who directly supported them and paid 30$+?

I don't have a problem with games like Defender's Quest or Driftmoon phoning home as a voluntary option that players might also benefit from (and incidentally the developers of both these games were open about giving out free GOG keys for their direct supporters). Telltale's DRM isn't anything like that. They don't offer regular updates and mod support or voluntary registering or similar, they just slow down the process of starting your game with their client and prevent you from playing when you're not online and additionally they shove ads for their other games in your face. I'm sorry but I can't bring myself to show goodwill and like them anymore.

Great promo but there are really only 2 or 3 games I am interested in... plus there is that backlog...

nijuu: Ok anyone getting the promo who already has Inquisitor?
I plan to get the promo, and I already have Inquisitor. If you want, I will purchase it and I can PM you the gift code for the game in exchange for a gift code to Arx Fatalis. If this sounds good to you, please respond to this message or send me a PM. I will then begin the transaction.

HeDanny: Only games I don't have are Piddle and Pud. It says I can buy just those two ($2 each) but... not sure if want? Opinions please?
Don't know about the latter, but I can heartily recommend the former. Do note, though, that despite descriptions to the contrary, this is not a puzzle game. It is a platformer, where your protagonist is (usually) an ever-changing liquid. It's rather easy if you play it casually, but dastardly difficult if you attempt to get gold medals for every level on "Extreme". I managed to do so for only 47 of the 48 levels, but my wife did them all (and she's not really much of a gamer...). Will probably return to it after I finish with Etherlords.

teshra: ^ Heh, pretty much the same reasons I haven't jumped in on the deal yet too.
Although, that darn Inquisitor is going to keep calling me these next 6 days and will want to bring 4 friends with him. I imagine he'll call over and over again on the weekend so we can hang out and get to know each other. Yikes!
Dude, I can't believe you haven't answered the phone yet :)

Seriously, Inquisitor is one of the best games I bought on GOG last year and at THIS price -- offer it a home on your shelf :)
Heh, at least someone is playing along.
The thing is if Inquistor shows up this weekend, he's gonna be a little ticked since I still haven't cleaned up from last weekend when AoW was here with his nephew, Shadow Magic and despite my insistence not to, they still brought that crotchety old King of Dragon Pass with them at the last minute. Wouldn't you know it, the 3 of them took turns keeping me up at all hours of the day and night.
And oh, that pesky Eador? She's ALWAYS around and at this point, I really don't think she'll be leaving for a long time. I keep hearing her sister may be coming down later this year. Oh boy!

So yah, Inquisitor, he might just have to take a number to join in on the fun.

Pretty awesome promotion, but I already own all but two of the games I'd want =/ Ah well. I haven't had good luck on the sales for the last couple of months =(
Bleh, some good games in the promo, but only a few I want. I don't need to inflate my backlog with more games I'll never have time to play just to buy the few I do want...
I'd totally buy a couple of them. I own most of the others I want already. If we could apply games we already own without buying them toward the five that'd be great! Trading them... too much hassle for me at least.
I only wanted three of the games in the promo, but I picked up the other two based on customer reviews. Let's hope they're worth it too.
Anyone wants to trade Divine Divinity for The Witcher? and Blood (One Unit Whole Blood) for Capsized? or any other game from the list of the same price or so? send me a PM if interested.
I'm hoping to trade for King's Bounty Crossworlds GOTY if anyone is interested.

If interested, PM me. I can provide a list of games I already have from the promo if that will help out.
If anyone doesnt want their Alan Wake or The Witcher: Enchanced Edtion game, then I would be more than happy to give them a new home
