Mal_Khar: Which definition of ripoff should I use? I think Merriam-Webster is quite nice:
- a usually cheap exploitive imitation.
Let's leave cheap out of this (after all it's only usually).
Is it exploitive? - check.
Is it imitation? - check.
Is it advertised as ripoff? - also check.
The 'ripoff" in the tagline is a joke by itself. I still don't think one can rip off his own work, as in exploitatively imitate one self.;)
Mal_Khar: I don't intend to start argument over musical which You liked so let's leave it at that.
Well, it's not about liking, it's about it being good, really good. I'm one of those who believes taste =/= quality. I agree, let's leave it here.
Anyhow, i found my answer somewhere on the net, by intensively looking through the Broadway version on YT, they have a different melody on the Hymn 101, and the Hymn is just called "Get Your Hand Off My Knee, Ya Dirty Old Bastard", and nobody puts any hands on knees there. I'll have to hunt someone outside of the Theater one evening, and get some answers.;)
