Seeing how they removed all information about available languages from the game pages, I guess this list is currently your best bet (also, it includes translations from elsewhere).

If you have the time and would like to to help, you're welcome to make a GOGmix for German (like the Spanish, Italian, and Portugese ones that others have made).
