This is super-fucked way to do business, (I'm actually surprised as I would've never seen this short sighted decision from Sony of Japan!) I'm glad that I no longer rely on consoles for my gaming! I never bought PS3/360 because I'm primarily an RPG enthusiast, and RPGs for consoles (Even used games) are well above the price of even new PC titles, not to mention the price of a PS3 is still $300.
I hope that Nintendough aren't the only ones without this horrid DRM, because I would hate to see console JRPG gaming reduced to the only RPGs being Zelda and Mario...I remember when it was only Sega and Nintendough, where you had to wait 3-6 months for a single title to be released in a sea of mediocre platformers, horrid movie tie-ins, and sports games. Were it not for Sony, I would've given up gaming completely because it simply cost too much at that time, (Avg game @ $80-90) and now this...
Thank GOG for Eastern/Northern Europe, because North America, (That includes U.S and Canada, And Japan it seems) will destroy console gaming as we know it by decimating the used game market of which it relies so heavily on! I'm pretty sure that what is crap for consoles will be fucked for PC gamers because the UbiEABlizz machine will be emboldened to force their draconian efforts towards their user-base, and will not be satisfied until all gamers are in their pocket!
Well, FUCK YOU greedy little shits, I'm fine with boycotting your asses, and hope that others have enough sense to do the same, and if you have any doubt as to the effectiveness of consumer boycotting, simply consider the situation that developed with Mass Effect 3!
...Now if you'll excuse me, I'm off to pre-order "Legend of Grimrock!"
