i´ve played some of my GOG games that are emulated on DOSbox on UBUNTU and they run perfectly, I supose that it is the same on Mac OS.
Why GOG don´t indicate this on the title page? In my opinion it is a strange business policy

They state what they officially support, not what "may or may not work". Just like all other businesses, so they cannot be held liable if someone tries to do something they don't support and it breaks.

For them to list mac as a supported OS then every mac owner would expect them to get any game on here to work.

Most people do not even bother reading what systems they have said game working on anyway, which leads to people being upset the game they bought is not yet compatable with their OS.

So imo, Mac is not listed because there is no offical support for it.

There are games that will work... im sure someone has the thread stickied.
There's no official support for anything besides Windows.

We are the Windows PC collective, we do games. The resistance is futile, you will be assimilated.... or GTFO, BTW XD
The community is responsible for indicating whatever games may or may not work on alternate OSes that GOG does not support. There are already a couple of GOGMixes listing the games that run best on Linux and OSX.
This is what the GOG team wrote about it in an earlier thread:

----
Mostly due to the two factors, GOG team were afraid a bit that to wider info about DOSBox will scare users (they might not get to the point that it is preconfigured and integrated) and the second was due to (I know stupid explanation but that how it happened;) some design decisions about webpage itself.

-----
Given that we have had a rewrite of the website since then, I suppose that the first option is more important than the second.

Thanks for all your work on Dosbox, I´ve never made a donation but that is going to change this afternoon. Have you ever test it on Warhammer 40000 Chaos gate or Final Liberation? Thanks.
