Bloodygoodgames: BTW, I never did play DK2. Have you? If so, what did you think?
I played it back when it came out, and was disappointed. I didn't think the switch to full 3D worked very well, as the models were very low poly. However, having replayed it years later, it's grown on me. It brings a few worthwile innovations to the game, and the missions are well crafted. I still prefer DK1 over DK2, but I think DK2 is a solid game anyway.

The mood in DK2 is different too. It is more light hearted and cartoony than DK1, which I initially found annoying, but have learned to appreciate on its own merits.

In my mind, DK3 is the greatest game that was never made. I was so bummed out when it got cancelled. Sadly, the only thing EA has been interested in doing with the IP since then, is to license it to some southeast Asian developer who wanted to make a southeast Asia-only MMO with it.

Yeah, I read about the south east Asian MMO. Very odd, I think.

Will definitely give DK2 a try then. Sounds like it may be worth playing. Thanks.
Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
Rayman (the PS1 version) on the PS3.
Too many damn console gamers here! ;)

Anyway...

Skyrim with Dawnguard
Rage
Max Payne 3

Those are what I am focusing on now. I also have a recent New Vegas game running but am not paying much attention to it because of Dawnguard. I just installed Max Payne 3, haven't even started it yet. If I can beat it before I go back overseas on the 10th of September I will install and try to finish Alan Wake.
I am fully committed to Baldru's Gate Trilogy. Xfire says i put 45 into it. Just left candlekeep and about to tackle tosc content which i didn't touch at all.

Playing as a mage (no specialization for roleplaying reason) and my team is canon one. Imoen is 7th level thief and 7th level mage (and i think i am already level 9)
...
which means i had to endure traps in CK. ghrrr. so frigging annoying but i admit. thieves are so useless in comparison to mages so when she regains her thief skills (hopefully for durlags tower) it will all be fine and dandy.

so frigging great. 45 hours in bg1 so probably another 15 or so before i finish it. then... BG2!!!
In the early stages of The Longest Journey. Great game!
Rift
Gabriel Knight 3 (replay)
Titan Quest/Immortal Throne
Tex Murphy 2
The WItcher
Titan Quest + Immortal Throne
Symphony
Bastion
Dragon's Dogma
Ys: The Oath in Felghana
Symphony
Commandos: Behind enemy lines. I'm finishing missions in Africa. That game isn't that hard as it looked like when I was a kid ;p
Assassins Creed 2 on PS3, enjoying it more than the first game by far. Amnesia on PC.
