I released this a couple weeks ago but it's not going viral fast enough, so here you go.

Warp Run
Direct link to trailer

An arcade shooter with random levels, available for Windows and Mac.
Infinitely better than anything I can produce.. but very much not my kind of game.
Certain parts reminded me of Chips Challenge for some reason, the rest mostly of Robotron.
I just tried it, and while it's very impressive, I think it's much too difficult. Your health goes only one way, namely down, and the enemies are too numerous and too fast. It could benefit from a minimap too.

I played it once, got to level 2, died, quit, and am not planning to play it again in its current form.

It does have a minimap...
Looks cool. :D

Downloading now. xD

I really like the music and soundeffects.

Beware. The music only exists in the trailer.

But thank you about the sound effects. :3

Why, so it does. It could benefit from a much more visible minimap, then ;-)
Hey, that looks promising. Find yourself an artist to make good graphics and animations. Also, fix the collision issue, sometimes the character and environment textures / models overlap.

You have a potential indie hit there.
I would like to say congratulations, and a hearty well done to anyone that manages to make a game.

I've tried a couple of times and can't say the same. Turns out its not all that easy.
If anyone is still interested, I've uploaded a new version of Warp Run. I've nerfed the monsters by making them and their shots slower, and they take longer to respawn. I've also decreased the transparency of the HUD, which should make things easier to see.
