As triocks says. If you still don't find it, though, it might be because of adblock (if you have said plugin, of course). Try deactivating it to see if the button reappears.

Edit - To explain better, the new design puts the wishlist button near those for sharing information on social networks, so I suppose adblock erroneously considers it as advertising as well.
