Well, in some cases, yeah. But in some cases it's legit, have older games but lost the manual and can't play them anymore.

While the site is technically more illegal than the piratebay, I don't think anybody will mind the link.

It is probably the best site for looking up old manuals, etc. I would bet money that some of GOGs manuals came from there.

Apparently replacementdocs went on some silly mass ban rampage some time ago. Last week I've got a notice that my ISP has been blacklisted too, and I've hardly visited that site before, maybe a couple of times in 5 years.

I got a 503 error about half an hour ago but can access it now.

While RD is technically "infringement without monetary gain" it's also used directly and with the endorsement of several game companies. Plus he says he'll pull the files if the rights owner asks. Plus it's a good site with lots of goodies. My Amazon digital copy of Divinity 2 didn't come with a manual, and one of the Larian devs gave me a RD link on their official forums.

Sucks about the mass IP banning, but it seems to be working for me at the moment.
