Pheace: Unfortunately since every single day the support forums are filled with 'Zomg, my account was hacked (read phished)',
Well guess what, Gaben is to blame for that as well. As Firek (I think) posted in the 2013 thread that was recently bumped, scamming GOG support into free games isn't worth the hassle, and that's why GOG is free to trust a user to have paid when they can't check the payment status *yet*. For exactly the same reason, no one is going to bother phishing your GOG account, however many games you have (I have 724). Steam accounts are phished because steam is shit and its model actively encourages phishing.
No...Garbage is Garbage and Garbage is fantastic...

I believe you can actually turn Steam Guard off altogether, let me see... Yeah, in settings -> Account -> the top button. I wouldn't recommend doing that tho, it's not a bad idea to leave it enabled.

Niggles: Probably too busy getting their rocks off playing steam games to comment ;)
Are you suggesting that people using Steam actually play videogames as opposed to hanging around forums, complaining about something?

... I guess I don't use Steam enough.
C# is pretty cool though.

It's okay. I like C++ a bit more to be perfectly honest. It has garbage collector too you know!

To each their own. C++ was one of my first languages, but these days I don't have much use for it though I am forced to use C++/CLI from time to time.
