Has anyone else ever ordered from Gog. I did and sent the money through Paypal and then got sent back to Gog, but never got the game. I emailed them days ago but no response. I am hoping someone who works there reads this. Still waiting for a reply from them. I was just wondering if anyone else had this trouble. Thanks!

I've noticed the makeup of the community has changed over the past year. Early on it was mostly very experienced gamers who required very little support. With phenomenal growth the support team has probably been overwhelmed as the community gains more members who are new to gaming. The extraordinary growth would generate more help tickets which would also require more detailed help solutions. Support would suffer across the board and, as always, we will only hear about the failed support events.
I hope this is simply a case of GOG's growth exceeding their expectations.

The situation has been resolved, I got my game and it shows up in my account. A little patience paid off. Thanks Gog!!!
