Now before you work yourself into a tizzy, nothing has been announced... but if the Genesis classics packs are any indication then it is pretty much inevitable. That being said.... The recent Steam sale got my head on it & got me wondering what exactly would be on such a collection. Sure there are dream packs of any combination of Jet Set Radio, Sonic Adventure 2, Shenmue 1 & 2, Skies of Arcadia & Crazy Taxi 2 but those don't seem too likely... I mean we all know Sega wants to milk this for all it is worth & that means pairing one or two of those titles together & giving two other games as fillers much like they did with the first pack.

So... here are my questions to you.

1. Do you agree with the above assessment or do you think they will go balls to the wall in a pursuit for strong sales by actually pairing the blockbusters together?

2. If you could pair any four SEGA MADE DC games together to be released as the 2nd Collection, what would they be?
1. Doubt they'd go balls to the wall. Sega would milk us for every last drop of money they could while laughing all the way to the bank. Dropping all of those games together at once would be one hell of a collection, but Sega wouldn't want to put all their eggs in one basket, so to speak.

2. Phantasy Star Online v2, Jet Grind Radio, Sonic Adventure 2, Skies Of Arcadia (hopefully with the Gamecube enhancements), and Shenmue. Also, if I'm really going to dream, I'd love to see Grandia 2 somewhere in there, as well, although, that wasn't published by Sega anywhere else than Japan. :/

I think, based on just how bad the previous ports were, that Kabuto simply meant no to the whole thing.

Just no. Please God.
Knowing Sega I'm with the others. I'm sure it's likely not 4 must have games. likely one or two good ones and a couple of disposable ones which might haev a small following.

I'm happy to have at one point found Crazy Taxi 3 for something like $6 some years ago, containing Crazy Taxi 1 and 2 as bonuses. Likely they won't repeat that bit.

I really don't know many Dreamcast games, so I wouldn't know which ones to wish for, but I remember the game which mainly made me want a DC was Chu Chu Rocket.

Uhhhh.... what? I can't speak for the other 3 (well I can of SA for PS3 which was pretty good), but Crazy Taxi is pretty fucking awesome. The fact that they changed the music sucked, but that was very easily fixed.

I got the SA port and it was missing pretty much any interface for PC-ness. No native resolution support, doing any changes to the screen (resolution, window/fullscreen) needed an edit to the .ini file (which didn't exist initially, you had to create your own and the folders it went into). The audio had some pops in it, etc...
Sega plunking down money to give people what they want?

What is this, Bizarro World? Bwahahaha. No chance of that happening.
